This place has no power outlets to connect your laptop or phone. When asked where can I connect my device they told me to go to the restrooms. Seriously? They just want you to buy a book and get the hell out of there.
Great atmosphere. Clean. They have books for any interest and price range. There is also a small cafe. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because sometimes it can be difficult to find an employee to help you. Most are on the registers. A lot of stores have have cut the employees to a skeleton staff. There is also a section for children's toys and a room for dvd's of music and movies, even vinyl records. I like this store.
Amazing bookstore... Let's just say I wanted to basically take all the books from the History section, they were that good. Staff very attentive; book selection unmatched; tasteful decorations and store layout; also, immaculately clean restrooms
To be fair, it's a nice environment. In fact, I would have probably given 5 stars had it not been for the lack of outlets. The fact that this seems to be a feature and not a bug doesn't make it any more palatable. It's strange that a franchise whose downfall has been their inability to embrace technology would go to such great lengths to discourage the use of technology in their store.
Clean, orderly store with a Starbucks inside. Helpful staff. We buy a ton of children's book. Well stocked, only on a couple of instances have we left without our I tended book. They also have ample seating.
