Listen for over the past 2 years I have been trying to get out of my 2009 bmw and no one could work out a deal or even entertain looking at my car until I went the high q auto. From the time I walked on the lot I was not rushed by a sales guy and I was able to look around and find what I wanted to test drive. at this point I was met by Erick who honestly took my situation and gave me my best options. I had to go back a couple times during the week just to look at new inventory but that was all apart of my process. finally I test drove a beautiful Hyundai and fell in love with the car. after my decision was made he handed it over the finance manager who worked magic and not only got me out of my car but allowed me to pay a low down payment and my monthly payments went down $120 from what I was paying with the bmw. I honestly will only go back to this dealership and refer my friends here because of the amazing service they provided and I was able the drive home with a peace of mind and a brand new car with only 14k miles on it.....

John was friendly and had full knowledge of our vehicle. Despite our low credit he assured us with a little flexibility he would get us in not just a vehicle but the one we wanted. Additionally, Renee in finance would not give up. With 37 lenders he was determined and tediously went through half before securing us a loan. They were more than professional
and accommodating on certain concessions that not every dealer would be. In fact in my 30 years of driving owning approx 17 vehicles they are the 1st. So if you have less than perfect credit but a decent job and a down payment I implore you to give these guys a chance. On a personal note they are one fun bunch of people.

I recently purchased a very gently used Ford Explorer from Erick and I couldn't be happier! He was extremely professional and a true advocate for the buyer. Amazing! It was surreal the entire experience was so seamless. David is the best. He was clear, honest and followed up on my every request. He always made me feel like I was the most important customer. The staff at High Q worked as a team, everyone was pleasant and helpful. From the vehicle selection, to the financing and the paperwork was all no stress no drama. Usually, I hate buying a car its so stressful but not here. When I looked up they were putting the tag on the car. I was like, "that's it. all done?
In this day and age of "schuck and drive" used car sales. I experienced none of that at High Q. I feel like I got a great car at a more than fair price with terms that I can live with.
