she's the best ,Dr. O'flynn has been my doctor for 19 year I will be sad when I turn 21 and have to find a new doctor.
We have been with Dr. O'Flynn for 17 years and she has been outstanding. Her staff is helpful and friendly despite the number of patients at any given visit. The office has been more than accommodating to our son with special needs.
I love Dr. O'Flynn - I personally think she is a good Dr. She has been my children doctor since I birth them. She even came to the hospital to give them their first check-up. Her staff is always generous, and kind. And they have been pretty accommodation for the last 12 years. However, over the years, I have spent countless hours waiting to be seen. This last visited really annoyed me. My appointment was at 3:30 in which they called to confirmed, because they always do. But a whole hour and half had went by, and we had not seen the doctor yet. When I told them, I will reschedule - I can't wait any longer. They said I was next, so we waited another 15 mins. We left the doctor office at 5:30. I find this to absolutely ridiculous especially when you've made an appointment. And I do not like the fact, that they call you in the back to only wait longer. Like seriously, call me when the Dr is going to come in. It's just too much back in forth with seeing the nurse first for vitals, then seeing the Dr., and then what ever she determines, shots, blood work etc. See the nurse again. I think they do this to past time. I do not have the patience like I use to have. But overall, the staff and the Dr are experienced and I like them.

The actual doctor is great. But the office is awful every time we went in even if we were 30 mins early we waited OVER an hour, in the waiting room. Then in the actual room we waited another hour. This was more then once we had an apt one day after school around 2:30 we didn't leave the office until 5:30. The waits are so bad not only do they have tv with cartoons in the waiting office but in all the exam rooms as well. Or the phones open at 9 one morning I called 6 times finally at 9:20 they picked up and then they put me back on hold for another 30 mins.
