I ordered a basket for Mother's Day to be deliver at the nursing home where my mother is staying, they sent her something VERY different than what I paid for.. I also paid for balloons they never arrived.BE CAREFUL! .. Sent them an email but they never replied.
I am extremely unhappy with the customer service. I placed an order, which ended up being cancelled, but my card still got charged. I called the shop twice about the refund and they said it will take time to refund me. It's been over a week since the order was cancelled and I have yet to get my money back. The second time I called, the lady hung up quickly after telling me my money should be returned this week. This is my first time working with this florist and I am having a horrible experience.
