I am very upset at the fact that I keep getting the run around about getting my kids mattress delivered. It's a little bit ridicules that at the store I was asked at what time and date works for me, however that's not at all how it works. It's more like when they're available for the deliverly. I even called the store to cancel my order after having to reschedule the delivery twice so that I can get the mattresses elsewhere. After a few hours after I canceled my ordered someone else called my husband and told him that we could pick up the order Instead of having to order canceled. He was advised that they would call him and let him know when it was available for pickup. Today makes 5 days later and we haven't received a phone call about my kids mattrrsses. Again I called the store to cancel my order and the guy was being a bit rude on the phone. At the end I was told to pick up my kids mattresses whenever I want. This would be the last time I would ever do business with Rooms to Go and I'm glad I did not order my living room set with Rooms to Go. I would never refer anyone else to do business with them. Waste of time and energy.
Stylish furniture but not happy that they bounced me from one salesperson to another. Furniture drawer arrived chipped and after two damaged drawers sent to me from their warehouse I'm still waiting for 3rd one to arrive. Hoping it's not damaged as well.

This is the worst buying experience I ever had in my life. Sales rep does not have any idea. I have asked for a platform bed and they gave me a panel bed with 3 slots and after 3 days slat supporting legs are broken. I had to go 3 times and I got same salesrep who has no clue about their products. She does not come and explain and she says this is all we have. Manager who has a better idea comes in and explains about the bed but refused to provide any compensation for what I had to go through. I highly recommend not to go to this store
The sales rep I dealt with was named Chris Beaton. I had a ton of questions and a long list of requirements and Chris was not only patient but very knowledgeable on the multiple options available. He recently took great care of my Aunt as well. I would recommend you go see him if you're shopping for furniture. You won't be disappointed.
