I had to go to see the Clerk of Courts regarding a couple of Failure to Pay fines that were pending. The lady was incredibly nice and helpful. She was able to fix everything. Wait time was pretty short considering and parking was way easier then the Downtown Ft.Lauderdale hub.

In my 30 or so years of dealing with the deputy clerks and other staff of the Broward County Clerk of Courts in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, I have found them to be generally polite, considerate and knowledgeable of their respective position. Although I haven't always gotten my way when it comes to a particular court ruling, the law is the law and perception and/or interpretation of the law is within the purview of those making the final decision. To believe otherwise would be foolish.
Rude and ignorant lady who works behind the desk for marriages/passports kept my money order when trying to handle passport affairs. Had a movie reel playing in my head as to how I would have really handled her. Jah know he held my head high while in heat!! Will be filing a formal complaint tomorrow.
