The customer service is terrible. If I am going to spend money somewhere, I want to be valued and appreciated as a customer. Also, their selection of products and animals is limited. You are better off going to Pet Smart.
Have been coming here for years. They have a great selection of saltwater fish and corals. The reason I enjoy shopping here is because the owner\staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. Not to mention they make u feel as if u are part of the pet world family
They will not hold saltwater fish for a period of time to ensure they are heathy, they will get the fish and sell it to you the same day, even if you request this at purchase they will not give you the option. They put chemicals in their tanks to keep the fish healthly while they have it. This information came from the owner.
Awesome staff and store I was always buying at other stores but I found per world and there is no reason to shop else where. Great selection of fish and corals
