The manager was kind enough to offer me a burger. She didn't bring a menu but suggested the avocado chicken burger with a lettuce wrap. Unfortunately, she didn't mention it came with bacon, which wasn't easily removed.
I am very dissatisfied with the service I received at a Red Robin's store in Plantation, Florida. I arrived at the location at 10:41 pm on 10/7/17, I am well aware that the store closes at 11pm. I was not sure what the procedure is for guests who arrive 15 minutes before closing. So I decided to walk in. Instead of an employee telling me that they are not serving anyone at this time, a gentleman walked up to me and said very rudely "can I help you with something?" I said yes, are you guys seating guests? His reply was "Ohh, you want to be seated?" To which I responded, I didn't know if that was an option, are you guys closed? Then he rudely said "pretty much"! I buried my grandmother today and I just wasn't feeling too well. I knew a cheese burger and a strawberry lemonade would be enough to get me through the night at least. I could have chose another restaurant. I simply wish the person who spoke to me would work on his customer service skills. You never know what a customer could be going through. I don't like the feeling of having to juggle the loss of my grandma, and being treated as if I do not matter in the same day. Please, make this right.
Worst service ever. No host or hostess sp we seated ourselves and sat there for 10 minutes looking at drink menus while four employees passed us and not once dis we get acknowledged. Better service at a McDonalds drive thru.
Not a great experience. You can find much better options.
Arrived and was seated relatively quickly. After five minutes I heard another customer telling the hostess that their food had been there for five minutes, but they had no silverware and no condiments. I waited for a bit longer without any appearance by a server, weighed my options....and am happily sitting in Five Guys!
The bartender recommended the Caesar chicken wrap with a spinach tortilla. I couldn't get past two bites - rubbery precooked chicken and cardboard tortilla.
Each time I eat here, I am reminded why I shouldn't. This review is only reviewing today's experience though. My friends and I went to lunch here after the movies. We got sat immediately and the waitress took our order and then comes back 10 mins later and says the computer crashed and needs our order again. But she wrote it down when she took it! So the four of us repeated our orders. I ordered the Cobb salad with no cheese, dressing on the side. I repeated that I really didn't want cheese. About half and hour later, they brought out our meals. And my salad had a giant pile of cheese. I called the waitress over and explained that I ordered it with no cheese. She apologies and takes the salad away. Two minutes later, she's brings back a salad that's got a huge section missing. They removed the section with the cheese and gave me the same salad back. Too bad, there was still crumbs in it. I asked her to take it back. As I was no longer looking forward to eating it. The burgers the guys ordered came with "bottomless" fries. But each order consisted of like 10 steak fries. Lame. My friend ordered his burger without mayo and of course it came with mayo. This restaurant is a solid zero star in my book -- too bad one star is the minimum.
