The worst customer service ever..visited the store while i was visiting fort Lauderdale and the two reps were rude and disrespectful.. Using abusive language and belittling names towards me and my friend because we spoke about the service. Especially one with her hair braided in one...this was on the 26/11/2016.
La peor atención al cliente que en la vida halla visto, la chica muy mal educada y todo el tiempo que estuvimos mi esposo y yo en la tienda, la chica nunca nos preguntó si necesitábamos ayuda y hablando por teléfono sin parar, luego que me decidí por comprar dos pares de zapatos, no pude llevarme ninguno por tan mala actitud hacia mi persona y por la poca profesionalidad que la misma nos atendió. No le recomiendo está tienda a nadie.
