We go here since the pet pals and the coupons are pretty good, but the environment is ehh. We got a bag once where the food wasn't good, and I've seen actually fights break out between customers. It's usually pretty empty too. The employees are mostly nice though. Sucks that they have to work in such a dreadful place.
Also, Carlos gave us traps for the possible moths that could happen from the maggots.
Boyfriend and I went in to exchange maggot filled dog food and container. Carlos was super helpful and replaced the food, container and food scoop for him. Wonderful experience.

Listen.. the people here are always super nice. But it's still a typical Petco.. if you can't meet the requirements for exotic animals then DON'T KEEP THEM! I walk by and see this chameleon in agonizing pain with it's body literally decaying from the mid section down as it tries to crawl with it's remaining limbs. Who knows how long it's been suffering this way, and how long they'll leave it for. The setup for it was far from properly correct... Simply animal abuse. I'm not saying this place should be shut down, just don't keep animals you can't care for, and at least act like you give a damn.
Awesome experience. The store is impeccably clean and the staff is super nice. Tina in the grooming salon cut my dogs nails. Awesome job!
